I cannot begin to put into words the incredible person Alexis was in my life. She was a woman or inspiration to many and made sure it was never about her. Her care for others consumed her to the point that she would spend hours traveling and late nights cutting up things, cooking and doing all manner or good works so that someone could be helped. Alexis visited Guatemala and was a hit with everyone as her infectious manner meant people felt safe with her. My life will never be the same now she has gone in body, but it will always be much richer thanks to her input, love and support. My dear loyal friend Alexis, I love you so much X
